Friendly, professional service. Waiting area is minimal - one chair, nothing to read; bring reading material with you if you have to wait. Oil change took less than 30 minutes. I did make an appointment beforehand.
Pete went out of his way to fix the problems and get me the parts that I need fast....and at about half the cost of the dealer. Car runs great!
